Stakeholder Committee The MII Stakeholder Committee was established by the Research Division, and has the responsibility for oversight of financial, administrative and fiduciary affairs of MII's operation. The Stakeholder Committee consists of the Vice Provost for Research (or his/her representative), the deans of involved colleges, and three or more department heads. Because of their special relevance, the department heads of Chemistry and of Materials Science and Engineering are included on this committee.
