FEES
To assist in
covering the costs of the symposium, a registration fee is requested
by all who attend. However, if you would like to play a more
significant role in this exciting opportunity, additional
sponsorship options are available. Sponsorship amounts that exceed
our costs will be channeled into a special Endowment to help support
our students and faculty. Even if you are unable to attend but would
like to support the VT Alumni
Polymer legacy, your contribution is greatly appreciated.
All donations should be made out to: Treasurer, Virginia Tech.

CANCELLATIONS/ SUBSTITUTIONS
Please
notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend the
program. If you are unable to attend for any reason, another person
may be substituted at any time for this program.
Cancellations for refunds must be received seven days prior to the
program date. A $50 cancellation processing fee will be deducted
from all refunds. In the unlikely event that this program is
cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments, inclement
weather, or unforeseen circumstances, the university cannot be held
responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change
charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other
organizations.
