Students Receive Travel Awards

 

(April 30, 2009) Each year, MII with finding from Industry, sponsored 11 travel awards.  The award is for $750 to assist in defraying the expenses incurred during attendance at at National Meeting.  Upon the student's return, Within one month of their return from the conference, the students must forward their name, copy of their abstract, a copy of their full technical paper (if available), a copy of their poster/presentation (if available) and a copy of their current resume, as well as a brief trip report identifying the conference you attended, with feedback on how their work was received as well as a summary of the important highlights from the conference.  These are forwarded to the company for review.
