MII leads International Collaborations with Waseda University

Dr. Nishde, Dr. Suga and Ms. Suda represented Waseda University in a recent visit to Virginia Tech to initiate international exchange programs with Macromolecules Innovation Institute.  The delegates party from Japan reviewed potential options of collaborations for faculty, graduate, and undergraduate populations within MII. Waseda University is one of the top leading private universities in Japan and it is ranked number 1 in Japan and 26th in the world in the QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2017. Waseda University also has over 50% income based on industrial collaborations with regional and international partners. We are excited for this unique and exceptional opportunities with our collaborators! A delegation party led by Dr. Timothy E. Long from Virginia Tech will be visiting Japan in the near future to initiate further discussions of these initiatives.
